Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Molarsoft, operated by Reiro Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our dental practice management software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). This agreement is in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000.

This Terms and Conditions document is governed by Philippine laws, specifically:
- Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173)
- Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Data Privacy Act
- Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792)
- Consumer Act of the Philippines
Service Description
Our dental SaaS application provides practice management tools, including but not limited to:
- Patient record management
- Appointment scheduling
- Billing and invoicing
- Treatment planning
- Communication tools
User Accounts
Account Creation
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- Identification verification may be required in compliance with Philippine Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
Account Creation
- We offer different account tiers with varying features and pricing
- Upgrade and downgrade options are available subject to our current pricing structure
Data Privacy and Protection
Data Consent and Collection
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012
- Users provide explicit consent for data collection and processing
- We implement the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality in data handling
Personal Information Protection
- Access their personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
- Request deletion of personal data
Data Security
- We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and physical safeguards
- In case of a data breach, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected users within 72 hours
- We comply with the mandatory notification requirements of the Data Privacy Act
Subscription, Payments and Fulfillment
Billing and Pricing
- Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis in Philippine Pesos (PHP)
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
- All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Philippine tax regulations
- Payments are processed securely through licensed Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)-regulated payment gateway partners
- Accepted payment methods include Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), E-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), QR Ph, and Direct Online Banking
Service Delivery and Fulfillment
- Molarsoft is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
- Upon confirmation of successful payment, subscription access and features are provisioned and delivered electronically immediately to your registered clinic account
- No physical goods or tangibles are shipped
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A 7-day free trial is available for new clinics with no payment card required
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed; access remains active through the end of the paid billing cycle upon cancellation
- In the case of proven billing errors or duplicate charges, a full 100% refund is issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days

Use Restrictions
Users agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to breach system security
- Share account credentials
- Modify or reverse engineer the software
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious content
- Violate Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act)
Intellectual Property
Software Rights
- All software, design, and content remain the exclusive property of Molarsoft
- Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the Service
- We respect intellectual property rights under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines
Trademarks
- All company names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Molarsoft
- Users may not use our trademarks without written permission
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
- We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Liability is limited in accordance with Philippine consumer protection laws
Liability Limitation
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 6 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This limitation is subject to Philippine consumer protection regulations
Termination
User Termination
- Users may terminate their account at any time
- Termination is effective at the end of the current billing period
Company Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- Termination may be immediate in case of illegal activity or security threats
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties agree to first attempt informal resolution in good faith by contacting support@molarsoft.com. Any unresolved legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines.
