- Do you have an app?
- Molarsoft is a web-based application that works on any modern browser, whether you're using a mobile device, tablet, or laptop. For best experience, we recommend using one of the modern browsers listed here.
- Why is it subscription based?
- Subscription allows us to keep the software up to date and add new features. More importantly, it allows your clinic to take advantage of the latest technology without having to pay for huge upfront cost.
- Why do I need to schedule a call to get started?
- We'd love to get to know you! It gives us the chance to understand your needs and how we can help you. It also helps us discover if there are gaps in our product that we can improve on.
- What if after years of subscribing, I want to cancel? What happens to my data?
- That's okay! We'll be sad to see you go, and we'll do our best to convince you to stay. If we can't convince you, we'll cancel your subscription and help you download all of your data (with a sad face of course).
- What if I or my staff have additional questions or need more help?
- We are here to help! The app has a built-in chat feature that allows you to ask us questions. We also have a support team that is available 24/7 (well, as long as we're still awake!)
- I am currently using a different dental software. Can I easily switch over to Molarsoft?

- I have more than 1 branch, do I need to subscribe twice?
- Instead of paying the full base price again, it will only be an additional of ₱499 per month per branch. You’ll be able to access all your branches without having to switch between separate accounts.
- Does Molarsoft support large, multi-location clinic groups?
- Yes. Molarsoft is built to scale, currently powering dental groups with over 10 branches with centralized reporting, management, and seamless data synchronization.
- Can I add all my patients in Molarsoft?
- Yes, you can add all your patients. We get asked this question a lot because our competitors limit their staff and/or patients but you don’t need to worry about that in Molarsoft.
- Can I hide sales from my staff?
- You have full control with the permissions of each staff member in your clinic. By default, associates and secretaries have no access to view your dashboard.
